SimOLED - OLED simulation software
Professional OLED simulation software SimOLED is a comprehensive simulation software for designing organic light emitting diodes (OLED's) and general thin film stacks. SimOLED calculates OLED key figures like current density, brightness and color by means of robust numerical algorithms. General thin film stacks can be analyzed by e.g. transmission and reflection. SimOLED now comes with two modules for simulation of electrical and optical properties of your OLED, respectively. - Module "SimOLED ELECTRIC": calculate electrical quantities like current density and current efficiency and look at spatially resolved values of e.g. electric field and exciton densities as well as the switch-on behavior of your OLED.
- Module "SimOLED OPTIC": calculate optical quantities like spectrally and angularly resolved emission, color coordinates and quantities related to power and external quantum efficiencies.
General features of all modules Quickly set up your OLED (up to 40 layers) by just a few mouse clicks. SimOLED provides a graphical as well as a tabular representation of your OLED configuration.

- Easily apply automatic parameter variation for a large number of OLED or material parameters to optimize your OLED or to quickly identify the impact on device performance. You can add up to three parameters in combination with each other to carry out Design of Experiments.
Up to three autmatic parameter variations for DoE (click to enlarge) - Conveniently look at the results through a powerful graphical visualization tool. You can use one X-axis and up to two Y-axes, assign different quantities to the individual axes, plot multiple curves and customize the design of the graph.

- Store all material parameters in a common database, so no need to fiddle around with text files. During the OLED setup you simply choose the materials from the database. Additionally, the electrical module contains a project management system by which your simulations are automatically versionized. This enables you to track back your simulations without the need to create a new project each time.
