Should you experience any problems with our software, please contact us at , providing as many information as possible on the nature of the problem. Especially important for us to reproduce the problem are the following facts to be included in your email:

  •  software name and used version
  •  your contact details (including phone number)
  •  screenshots of the problem and error messages
  •  for SimOLED: database file (data will be kept confidential)

After receiving your support request, we will contact you as fast as possible helping you to fix the problem.
